Fitch affirms, withdraws Golden Wheel

Fitch affirmed and withdrew China-based homebuilder Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Co. Ltd.'s long-term foreign- and local-currency issuer default ratings of CCC+.

Fitch has also affirmed and withdrawn the senior unsecured ratings of CCC+ with a recovery rating of RR4.

Fitch has chosen to withdraw the ratings on Golden Wheel Tiandi for commercial reasons.
