Moody’s: Golden State Water to positive

Moody's Investors Service said it changed Golden State Water Co.’s outlook to positive from stable and affirmed its A2 senior unsecured rating.

"Golden State Water continues to exhibit strong financial credit metrics, has managed through the recent droughts and is benefited by a credit supportive regulatory environment in California," Moody's analyst Jairo Chung said in a news release.
