Moody's review Golden Crossing

Moody's Investors Service said it placed Golden Crossing Finance Inc.'s Ba1 rating for backed senior secured bank facilities under review for downgrade.

"The project is on target for substantial completion in the near future and Moody's expects that the operating performance will be satisfactory," Catherine Deluz, Moody's analyst, said in a statement.

"However overlaying the fundamental operational strength of the project is the project's exposure to weakening counterparties."
