GNC Holdings: Seven-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, July 7 – GNC Holdings, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Tuesday by Region 3 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Jennifer Provenzano trustee of the Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA of Pittsburgh; Julie Minnick Bowden of Brookfield Properties Retail, Inc., based in Chicago; Ronald Tucker of Simon Property Group, based in Indianapolis; Michael DiMaggio of Woodbolt Distribution, LLC of Austin, Tex.; Brandon Adcock of Adaptive Health of Charlotte, N.C.; Robert Conley of Redcon1, LLC of Boca Raton, Fla; and class plaintiff Misty Fair, represented by Christian Schreiber of San Francisco.

GNC Holdings is a Pittsburgh-based health, wellness and performance retailer. The company filed bankruptcy on June 23 under Chapter 11 case number 20-11662.
