India’s GMR Infrastructure looks to issue shares, debentures

Norfolk, Va., Aug. 11 – GMR Infrastructure Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on Wednesday to discuss raising funds through the issue of equity shares, equity linked instruments, debentures or any other securities.

GMR Infrastructure is a holding company based in Bangalore, India.
