GMAC Mexicana plans to sell Ps. 200 million certificados bursatiles in two tranches

New York, Dec. 13 - GMAC Mexicana SA de CV Sofol said it plans to sell Ps. 200 million of certificados bursatiles (MX-2/mxA-2/F2(mex)) in two tranches on Wednesday.

The issuer plans to sell Ps. 100 million of 28-day certificados bursatiles.

The maturity date is Jan. 12, 2006.

The second tranche includes Ps. 100 million of 84-day certificados bursatiles, which will mature on March 9, 2006

The settlement date is schedule for Thursday. The 28-day certificates are issue number 122 in GMAC Mexicana's current certificados bursatiles program. The 84-day certificates are issue number 123.

The issuer, based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, is the financial arm for GMAC in Mexico.
