GMAC Mexicana plans to sell Ps. 150 million certificados bursatiles in two tranches

New York, Nov. 22 - GMAC Mexicana SA de CV said it plans to sell Ps. 150 million certificados bursatiles (MX-2/mxA-2/F2(mex)) in two tranches Wednesday.

The issuer plans to sell Ps. 75 million of 28-day certificados bursatiles. The maturity date is Dec. 22, 2005.

The second tranche is Ps. 75 million of 91-day certificados bursatiles. The maturity date is Feb. 23, 2006.

Settlement is Thursday. The 28-day certificates are issue number 117 in GMAC Mexicana's current certificados bursatiles program. The 91-day certificates are issue number 118.

The issuer, based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, is the financial arm for GMAC in Mexico.
