New York, Jan. 10 - GMAC Mexicana SA de CV Sofol sold Ps. 444.16 million of certificados bursatiles (MX-2/mxA-2/F2(mex)) in three tranches via an auction on Wednesday.
The issuer sold Ps. 250 million of 28-day certificados bursatiles at 99.4306889 to yield 7.28%. Bids ranged from 7.25% to 7.30%.
The second included Ps. 183.41 million of 91-day certificados bursatiles, which came at 98.104167 to yield 7.65%. Bids ranged from 7.55% to 7.70%.
And the third tranche included Ps. 10.75 million of 154-day certificados bursatiles, which priced at 96.731778 to yield 7.90%. Minimum and maximum bids were 7.90%
Casa de Bolsa BBVA Bancomer SA de CV is the auction agent for all three transactions.
The issue number for the 28-day issue is 020 in GMAC Mexicana's current certificados bursatiles program. The issue number for the 91-day issue is 021 and the 154-day issue is 022.
The issuer, based in Monterrey, Mexico, is the financial arm for GMAC in Mexico.
