New York, Dec. 20 - GMAC Mexicana SA de CV Sofol sold Ps. 163.37 million of certificados bursatiles (MX-2/mxA-2/F2(mex)) in two tranches via an auction on Wednesday.
The issuer sold Ps. 150 million of 14-day certificados bursatiles at 99.721556 to yield 7.18%. Bids ranged from 7.10% to 7.25%.
The second issue included Ps. 13.37 million of 182-day certificados bursatiles at 96.036444 to yield 8.16%. Bids ranged from 7.95% to 8.20%.
Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV was the auction agent.
The issue number for the 14-day issue is 018 in GMAC Mexicana's current certificados bursatiles program. The issue number for the 182-day issue is 019.
The issuer, based in Monterrey, Mexico, is the financial arm for GMAC in Mexico.
