GMAC Hipotecaria plans to sell Ps. 50 million of 14-day certificados bursatiles

New York, Aug. 29 - GMAC Hipotecaria SA de CV Sofol plans to sell Ps. 50 million of 14-day certificados bursatiles (/mxA-1+/F1+(mex)) via an auction on Wednesday.

The maturity date is Sept. 14, 2006.

Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV is the auction agent.

Meanwhile the issue number is 033 in GMAC's current certificados bursatiles program.

The issuer, based in Mexico City, is a financial services company focused on the financing of real estate developers in Mexico.
