Glory Polyfilms may revise issue price of $25 million convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., June 19 - Glory Polyfilms Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will discuss revising the issue price of a planned $25 million offering of foreign currency convertible bonds at a board of directors meeting on June 26.

The company also will discuss the issue price of its planned issues of Global Depositary Receipts, American Depositary Receipts, equity shares and other convertible securities.

Mumbai, India-based Glory Polyfilms is an extruded multi-layer barrier film and flexible laminates manufacturer.
