Glory Polyfilms hopes to issue up to $25 million in convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 17 - Glory Polyfilms Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider an issue of up to $25 million in foreign currency convertible bonds at an extraordinary general meeting on Feb. 8.

The company also is considering issuing Global Depositary Receipts, American Depositary Receipts, equity shares and other convertible securities.

Mumbai, India-based Glory Polyfilms is an extruded multi-layer barrier film and flexible laminates manufacturer.
