India's Glodyne Technoserve considers issuing convertible instruments

Knoxville, Tenn., July 14 - Glodyne Technoserve Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider plans to issue convertible instruments at a board of directors meeting on Thursday.

Mumbai, India-based Glodyne Technoserve is an information technology services company.
