Brazil's Globo to start roadshow for $250 million offering of perpetual bonds

New York, March 30 - Rio de Janeiro, Brazil-based media company Globo Comunicacao e Participacoes plans to start a roadshow for a $250 million offering of perpetual fixed-rate senior unsecured securities (/BB-) in the April 3 week, according to a market source.

The issuance will be non-callable for three years in whole or in part with a minimum $150 million remaining after call.

Meanwhile the roadshow is scheduled to start in Hong Kong on Monday before moving to Singapore on Tuesday, Zurich on Wednesday and Lisbon on April 6.

Pricing is expected to take place after the completion of the roadshow.

Proceeds will be used to refinance class C senior secured notes.

Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs are running the Regulation S transaction.
