Globe Telecom begins roadshow ahead of possible dollar notes offering

Los Angeles, July 15 – Philippines’ Globe Telecom, Inc. will begin a series of fixed-income investor meetings on July 15 ahead of a potential dollar-denominated senior notes offering, according to a company announcement.

Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., J.P. Morgan Securities plc and BPI Capital Corp. are the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.

Proceeds from the Regulation S notes are expected to be used to finance the company’s capital expenditures and its maturing or existing obligations and for general corporate purposes.

The telecommunications company is based in Taguig, Philippines.
