Global X plans four new ETFs linked to Solactive indexes

San Diego, March 23 - Global X Funds announced in an N-1A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it is planning four new exchange-traded funds linked to Solactive indexes.

The Global X Top Hedge Fund Equity Holdings ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive Top Hedge Fund Equity Holdings Index, which is composed of the top U.S.-listed equity positions held by a select group of the world's largest hedge funds, as defined by index provider Structured Solutions AG and based on quarterly regulatory filings from these investors with the SEC.

The Global X Top Value Guru Holdings ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive Top Value Guru Holdings Index, which comprises the top U.S.-listed equity positions held by a select group of the world's premier value investors, as defined by Structured Solutions and based on quarterly regulatory filings from these investors with the SEC.

The Global X Top Activist Investor Holdings ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive Top Activist Investor Holdings Index, which comprises the top U.S.-listed equity positions held by a select group of the world's premier activist investors, as defined by index provider Structured Solutions AG and based on quarterly regulatory filings from these investors with the SEC.

The Global X Listed Hedge Funds ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive Listed Hedge Funds Index, which comprises securities, ADRs and GDRs of publicly listed hedge funds globally.
