Dale Arfman cuts stake to 12.1% in Global Traffic Network

Philadelphia, Jan. 21 - Investor Dale C. Arfman cut its stake to 12.1% in Global Traffic Network, Inc. as of Dec. 31, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

That represents a passive stake of 2,200,043 shares.

Those holdings are down from the passive stake of 13.3%, or 2,406,417 shares, that the investor reported owning on Jan. 17, 2008, according to an SC 13G filing.

Global Traffic Network is a New York City-based provider of traffic and news information reports for radio and television stations.
