Global Payments readies three-tranche offering of senior notes

Chicago, Nov. 16 – Global Payments Inc. is readying a three-part offering of senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

There will be optional make-whole calls and then available par calls for each series.

BofA Securities, Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are working as joint bookrunners.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz is advising Global Payments. The company is also using in-house counsel.

Proceeds will be used to repay in full the company’s outstanding debt on its revolving credit facility with remaining proceeds designated for general corporate purposes.

Global Payments is an Atlanta-based provider of payment technology services.
