Global Motorsport exclusivity hearing continued to July 11

Portland, Ore., June 30 - Global Motorsport Group, Inc.'s hearing on its request for a 120-day exclusivity extension was continued to July 11, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

As previously reported, the company wants to extend its exclusive plan-filing period to Sept. 29 and the solicitation period to Nov. 27.

Global Motorsport, a Morgan Hill, Calif.-based wholesale distributor of aftermarket motorcycle parts and accessories, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 31, 2008. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-10192.
