Global Motorsport reports $419,237 April net loss

Pittsburgh, May 28 - Global Motorsport Group, Inc. posted a $419,237 April net loss on zero revenues, according to its monthly operating report filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Cash and cash equivalents were $256,860 at April 30.

Global Motorsport, a Morgan Hill, Calif.-based wholesale distributor of aftermarket motorcycle parts and accessories, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 31. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-10192.
