Fitch rates Global Logistics notes BBB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Global Logistics Properties Ltd.'s $2 billion euro medium-term note program as well as its 2.65 billion yuan of senior notes due 2016 and 350 million yuan of senior notes due 2018 issued under the program final BBB+ ratings.

This follows the receipt of documents conforming to information already received, the agency said. The final ratings are in line with the expected ratings assigned on April 26.
