Global Investment House announces approval, effectiveness of scheme

Pittsburgh, Dec. 3 - Global Investment House said the High Court of Justice of England and Wales has sanctioned the company's scheme.

According to a company news release, the scheme took effect following the lodgment of the order with the Registrar of Companies of England and Wales.

Effectiveness of the scheme paves the way for implementation of Global Investment House's restructuring transaction, the release said.

Global Investment House is an investment company based in Kuwait City.
