S&P: Global Imaging unaffected
Standard & Poor's said Wednesday that Global Imaging Systems Inc. (BB-/stable/--) recently announced that it has agreed to acquire Imagine Technology Group Inc., a provider of office technology solutions based in Chicago.
S&P said it does not expect the acquisition to have an impact on Global Imaging's rating and outlook.
The current rating incorporates the expectation that Global Imaging will maintain consistent operating performance and total debt to EBITDA of less than 3x, the agency said.
