S&P: Global Geophysical outlook developing

Standard & Poor's said it revised the outlook on Global Geophysical Service Inc. to developing from positive.

At the same time, the agency said it affirmed the B- corporate credit rating and issue ratings on Global.

According to S&P, the developing outlook reflects its concerns that the company might be challenged to meet its financial covenants for the quarter ending Sept. 30.
