S&P boosts Global Crossing

Standard & Poor's said it raised all of its ratings on Global Crossing Ltd., including the corporate credit rating to B from B-.

The outlook is stable.

The upgrade is due to the company achieving modest net free cash flow in 2009, a year ahead of expectations, S&P said, and its generally good performance in light of the global economic slowdown.
