Global Closure plans roadshow for €335 million secured notes due 2018

Portland, Ore., Nov. 4 - France's Global Closure Systems plans to start a roadshow on Tuesday for its €335 million offering of senior secured notes due 2018 (expected ratings B2/B), according to an informed source.

The roadshow is set to wrap up on Friday.

Physical bookrunner Credit Suisse will bill and deliver. BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Goldman Sachs and KKR are the joint bookrunners.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S for life notes come with two years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt.

The issuing entity will be GCS Holdco Finance 1 SA.

Global Closure Systems is a Paris-based manufacturer of closure and dispensing systems for consumer products.
