Panama’s Global Bank plans roadshow for senior notes

Atlanta, Oct. 21 – Panama’s Global Bank Corp. is planning to hold a roadshow to market an issue of senior notes (/BBB-/BBB-), a market source said.

Citigroup and Deutsche Bank are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The issuer is a privately owned bank in Panama.
