Global Aviation to start roadshow Wednesday for $165 million secured notes due 2013 via Jefferies

St. Louis, July 20 - Global Aviation Holdings, Inc. will start a roadshow on Wednesday for its $165 million offering of senior secured first-lien notes due 2013 (expected Ba3/confirmed BB-), according to an informed source.

The roadshow is scheduled to conclude on July 31.

Jefferies & Co. is leading the Rule 144A/Regulation S deal.

The notes come with three years of call protection.

The Peachtree City, Ga.-based passenger and cargo air carrier is also in the market with a $64.1 million second-lien loan.

Proceeds will be used to refinance bank debt.
