Global A&T Electronics to price $625 million notes due 2019 Thursday

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 29 - Global A&T Electronics Ltd. plans to offer $625 million senior secured notes due 2019 (expected ratings B1/B) during Thursday's session, according to a market source.

The Singapore-based semiconductor company will hold an investor call 11:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and UBS Investment Bank are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A for life and Regulation S deal.

The notes will be non-callable for three years.

Proceeds will be used to repay existing first lien credit facilities.
