Singapore's Global A&T Electronics plans roadshow for $625 million six-year notes

By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, Nov. 7 - Global A&T Electronics Ltd. has scheduled a roadshow for a $625 million offering of six-year notes, a market source said.

The marketing trip will begin Thursday and travel through Asia and the United States before ending on Nov. 19.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, JPMorgan and UBS are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S transaction.

The notes are non-callable for three years and include a change-of-control put at 101% plus accrued and unpaid interest.

Proceeds from the offering will be used to prepay debt.

Global A&T Electronics is a Singapore-based semiconductor test and assembly services company.
