Omaha, Sept. 20 - Glitnir Banki HF priced an upsized $1 billion of 6.375% five-year notes Thursday to yield Treasuries plus 210 basis points, a market source said.
The Rule 144A issue was originally $500 million.
The notes (Aa3/A-) priced at 99.776 to yield 6.428%. They are non-callable.
Bookrunners were Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities LLC and Wachovia Capital Securities LLC.
The Icelandic bank is based in Reykjavik.
