Glimcher Realty to repay some bank borrowings with shares proceeds

New York, July 26 - Glimcher Realty Trust plans on reducing the outstanding amount under its credit facility using proceeds from the sale of about 12.5 million common shares, according to a news release.

Glimcher Realty Trust is a Columbus, Ohio-based real estate investment trust.
