S&P: Glimcher on watch

Standard & Poor's said it placed its ratings on Glimcher Realty Trust on CreditWatch with negative implications.

The CreditWatch listings follow the unexpected resignation of the company's outside auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, effective June 1.

S&P said it will monitor the board's progress in finding a replacement auditor and its ability to meet filing deadlines for the company's second quarter financial statements.
