India's Glenmark to issue up to $100 million convertibles

New York, Dec. 13 - Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. said its board of directors approved the issuance of up to $100 million of convertible bonds.

The decision is subject to shareholder approval.

The Mumbai, India, pharmaceutical company's board previously announced that its board was considering an offering of convertibles in the international markets.
