Fitch pulls Glenmark bond rating

Fitch Ratings said it withdrew the BB rating on Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd.’s proposed offering of dollar-denominated bonds after the company decided not to proceed with the offering. Fitch assigned the rating in January.

The agency affirmed the BB ratings on Glenmark’s 4½% senior unsecured notes due 2021 and the company.
