Glendale, Calif., coordinates $60 million bond offering for Nov. 21

New York, Nov. 13 - The City of Glendale, Calif., is scheduled to price $60 million of series 2013 electric revenue bonds on Nov. 21, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa3/AA-/A+) will be sold competitively with Public Financial Management Inc. as the financial adviser.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2033 with term bonds due in 2038 and 2043.

Proceeds will be used to finance improvements to the city's electric system.
