New Issue: JPMorgan sells $228,000 8% autocallable yield notes linked to Gilead

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $228,000 of 8% autocallable yield notes due Nov. 17, 2017 linked to Gilead Sciences, Inc. common shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest is payable monthly.

If the closing share price is greater than or equal to the initial share price on May 15, 2017 or Aug. 14, 2017, the notes will be automatically redeemed at par plus the coupon.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless the final share price is less than the initial level and the stock closes below the 75% trigger price during the life of the notes, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.
