Gibson Brands seven-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, May 10 – Gibson Brands, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Wednesday by acting Region 3 U.S. Trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The committee members are Thomas Dougherty of TKL Products Corp. of Oilville, Va.; Cory Berger of Grover Musical Products, Inc. of Cleveland; Keith Ebert of EDC, Inc., of Kernersville, N.C.; Steve Tracy of Plating, Inc. of Nashville; Joseph Innamorati of Koninkijke Philips NV of Andover, Mass.; Kobe Zhang of Guoguang Electronic Co., Ltd. of Santa Ana, Calif.; and Christopher Adams of Tronical GmbH of Hamburg, Germany.
Gibson Brands is a Nashville-based maker of musical instruments and consumer and professional audio. The company filed bankruptcy on May 1 under Chapter 11 case number 18-11025.
