Giant Industries to sell at least $150 million 10-year notes
New York, April 13 - Giant Industries, Inc. said it plans to sell at least $150 million of new 10-year senior subordinated notes to fund a tender for its $150 million of existing 9% senior subordinated notes due 2007.
Banc of America Securities LLC will be bookrunner for the registered offering.
The consent deadline in the tender offer is 5 p.m. ET on April 26 and the tender expires at midnight ET on April 26.
Giant Industries is a Scottsdale, Ariz. refiner and marketer of petroleum products.
