Fitch rates Ghana notes B

Fitch Ratings said it assigned the Republic of Ghana's notes a final rating of B as follows:

$1.25 billion of notes, with a coupon of 6 3/8%, maturing February 2027;

$1 billion of notes, with a coupon of 7 7/8%, maturing February 2035; and

$750 million of notes, with a coupon of 8¾%, maturing February 2061.

The final rating is in line with the expected rating of B that Fitch assigned on Jan. 28.
