Fitch cuts Ghana notes

Fitch Ratings said it downgraded Ghana’s senior unsecured notes to B- from B.

In a Jan. 14 press release, the agency incorrectly affirmed the debt rating, Fitch said.

In the release, Fitch also downgraded Ghana’s issuer rating to B- from B.

The outlook remains negative.
