Non-brokered deal sells 100 million shares at C$0.135 each to Tremont

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 30 - Alphamin Resources Corp. said it completed a C$13.5 million non-brokered private placement of stock with Tremont Master Holdings on Friday. The deal priced for C$12 million on Dec. 3 and was revised on Dec. 26.
The company will sell 100 million common shares at C$0.135 apiece, a 15.63% discount to the Dec. 2 closing share price of C$0.16. The shares were originally priced at C$0.12 apiece.
Proceeds will be used for exploration and development of the Bisie Tin Project.
The gold, silver and polymetallic explorer is based in Vancouver, B.C.
