Fitch gives Getty Realty notes BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB- rating to Getty Realty Corp.'s new senior unsecured notes, series O, P and Q.

The agency affirmed Getty’s BBB- ratings on July 12.

“Fitch expects the transaction to be leverage neutral and the proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of outstanding debt,” the agency said in a press release.

The outlook is stable.
