S&P: Getty Images view negative

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed its ratings on Getty Images Inc., including the B corporate credit rating and revised its rating outlook to negative from stable.

The agency affirmed all existing ratings on the company.

"The outlook change reflects rising leverage and lower free cash flow as a result of poor operating performance," S&P credit analyst Elton Cerda said in a news release.

"We believe these factors have weakened the company's financial profile, and expect that Getty's leverage will continue to rise as operating performance remains soft in the first half of 2014. We believe that competition and marketing investments will continue to pressure EBITDA."
