Gerresheimer talks €60 million add-on to 7 7/8% notes due 2015 at 98.00-98.50

St. Louis, Dec. 14 - Gerresheimer Alpha GmbH is talking the €60 million add-on to its 7 7/8% senior notes due March 1, 2015 (Caa1/B-) at 98.00 to 98.50, according to a market source.

The add-on is expected to price Thursday via Rule 144A and Regulation S.

JP Morgan has the books.

The original $150 million issue priced at par on Feb. 28, 2005.

The notes become callable on March 1, 2010.

Proceeds will be used to help fund the acquisition of Superfos Pharma Pack from Superfos Industries AS.

Gerresheimer is a Dusseldorf, Germany-based provider of glass and plastic packaging for the pharmaceuticals, laboratory-ware and cosmetics industries.
