Rentenbank announces plans to issue fixed-rate global notes due 2027

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 6 – Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank said it plans to price an over-the-counter offering of guaranteed fixed-rate global notes due 2027, which will be guaranteed by Germany.

Pricing is expected on Monday.

Toronto-Dominion Bank, Bank of Montreal, London Branch, Barclays and BofA Merrill Lynch are the stabilization managers.

The German development agency for agribusiness is based in Frankfurt.
