By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, April 11 - The Development Authority of Burke County of Georgia is set to price $94,465,000 of series 2012 pollution control revenue bonds for the Georgia Transmission Corp. Vogtle Project, said a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A2/AA-/AA-) will be sold through lead manager Bank of America Merrill Lynch. The co-managers are Mitsubishi UFJ Securities and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.

The bonds are due Jan. 1, 2052.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt incurred to redeem existing pollution control revenue bonds that were issued by the authority to refinance the costs of water or air pollution control and sewage or solid waste disposal facilities at the Alvin W. Vogtle Plant in Burke County, Ga.
