Georgia Tech Foundation to sell $55 million in revenue bonds Thursday

New York, May 26 - The Georgia Tech Foundation is set to price $55 million in series 2009 higher education revenue bonds on Thursday, according to a calendar of upcoming sales.

The bonds (Aa2) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. as the senior manager.

Proceeds will be used to finance or refinance real property acquisitions made by the foundation on or near the Georgia Tech campus in Atlanta.
