Loeb sells 122,334 shares of Alpha Security, cuts ownership to 5.71%

Charlotte, N.C., April 13 - Alpha Security Group Corp. investors led by Loeb Arbitrage Management, LLC sold 122,334 shares of the company's stock between March 13 and April 7 priced from $9.94 to $9.97, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

Loeb Arbitrage Fund beneficially owns 432,483 shares or 5.71% of the company's outstanding stock.

Alpha Security, based in New York, currently does not have significant operations.
