New York, March 20 - Alpha Nutra, Inc. settled a private placement of units for $3,282,500.
The company sold 131.3 units of 50,000 shares and warrants for 25,000 shares each at $25,000 apiece.
Each of the warrants is exercisable at $0.60.
WestPark Capital, Inc. was the placement agent.
The offering priced in November 2006 as a $4 million deal comprised of up to 160 units under the same terms.
Proceeds were used for the acquisition of Jinan Broadband.
Based in Carlsbad, Calif., Alpha Nutra does not have significant operations but is acquiring companies in the nutritional supplements business.
